What will success look like in this position? 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will support and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate new leads, grow pipeline, and support customer retention and expansion. You’ll partner cross-functionally to plan, launch, and optimize programs across a variety of channels, while ensuring consistent messaging and a strong customer experience throughout the journey. This is a role for a self-starter, who likes experimenting, is data driven but guided by instinct, and is looking to learn and develop. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns for both prospects and customers that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Manage and grow Catchpoint’s organic social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement for our company profiles and targeted employee advocates.
  • Coordinate the campaign calendar to align messaging and timing across marketing, product, and sales initiatives.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer communications around product updates, new features, and best practices.  
  • Identify and develop customer advocates and produce high-impact testimonials, case studies, and reviews.  
  • Analyze campaigns to optimize performance and report on key metrics.  
  • Support community-building initiatives and customer-focused events or webinars.
  • Other marketing campaigns, experiments, and ideas that result in growth.  

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with exposure to both demand generation and customer marketing. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and tone.
  • Proven experience executing multichannel marketing campaigns.  
  • Familiarity with the customer journey and marketing strategies that drive retention and expansion.  
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.  
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Preferred Experience  

  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Canva, Webflow, and Pendo. 
  • Experience in customer education, community engagement, or product marketing is preferred.  
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms and an understanding of how to market to technical buyers would be ideal. 

The estimated salary range for this role is based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and overall experience.  Catchpoint offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision care, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and employee wellness perks along with a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation.

$90,000$110,000 USD
