What will success look like in this position? 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Campaigns, you will support and execute demand generation campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, increase the volume of qualified leads, and generate sales pipeline in support of organization revenue goals. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead organic social media management, including planning, content creation, scheduling, engagement and social listening. 
  • Write and edit copy for email marketing, webinars, ads, educational content, and website.  
  • Assist with campaign calendar planning and maintenance. 
  • Assist with execution of all marketing programs, including SEO/SEM, email, and digital advertising campaigns. 
  • Analyze, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 
  • Maintain brand consistency across platforms. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • At least 1-3 years of experience working in communications, marketing, digital media, or relevant field. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Understanding of the social media universe including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc. 
  • Demonstrable experience executing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.  
  • Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs. 
  • A self-starter with a can-do, team-first work ethic. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field required. 
  • Bonus: Understanding of Microsoft 365, HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Demandbase, Salesforce, and/or Webflow.  

The estimated salary range for this role is based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and overall experience.  Catchpoint offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision care, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and employee wellness perks along with a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation.

$70,000$85,000 USD
