Summary:
We're looking for a talented, certified Marketing Automation Manager to join our global marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience with automation platforms, including designing, implementing, and managing sophisticated marketing automation programs in a global environment. In this role, you'll play an important part in enhancing our marketing performance by optimizing our existing tech stack, supporting high-quality email marketing campaigns, and contributing to our account-based experience (ABX) efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Automation Platform Management: Serve as the primary platform administrator, responsible for the overall health, optimization, and scalability of our instance.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement marketing automation solutions to support various marketing initiatives, including ABX, lead generation, nurturing, scoring, email marketing, event management, and campaign execution.
- Global Campaign Execution: Architect and manage campaigns and programs to support global marketing initiatives, ensuring proper segmentation, targeting, and execution across diverse regions and languages.
- Localized Content & Language Preference: Develop and implement strategies for managing localized content and language preferences, ensuring consistent and effective communication across different markets. This includes setting up language-specific programs, tokens, and dynamic content strategies.
- Data Management & Segmentation: Oversee data hygiene, segmentation, and list management to ensure accurate targeting and personalization of marketing communications.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations with other marketing and sales technologies, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ABX (e.g. DemandBase), web, and other relevant platforms.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Best Practices & Compliance: Stay up to date with best practices and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all marketing automation activities.
- Documentation: Maintain existing documentation and create new documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience architecting and managing automation solutions for a global company.
- Proven experience in managing localized content and language preferences.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of various e-mail compliance regulations.
- Experience with CRM integration, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HTML and email marketing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other marketing technologies including Demandbase or other ABX platforms, email creation platform (Stensul), email success platforms, webinar and/or event management platforms, and gifting platforms.
