Role Description

The Marketing Automation & Content Specialist in the Electrification Services Division will play a critical role in executing global multi-channel marketing campaigns using tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Adobe, and ON24. This position is responsible for building and managing email workflows, landing pages, forms, and digital assets while ensuring governance and alignment across platforms.

You will work closely with the analytics lead to ensure proper campaign structure, tagging, naming conventions, and processes that enable consistent and actionable reporting.

The role also includes collaborating with other stakeholders to create and localize high-performing digital assets such as emails, ebooks, brochures, and webinars.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role suited for a pre-senior profile with at least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing automation and content execution.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

The Marketing Automation & Content Specialist in EL Services Division is accountable for:

  • Build and execute global and local integrated marketing campaigns using Pardot and Adobe, aligned with business objectives and local market needs.
  • Design and deploy global and local campaign assets: emails, landing pages, forms, and engagement programs (nurturing flows, webinar journeys, lead scoring logic).
  • Maintain campaign and asset governance: ensure naming conventions, templates, tagging, and user journeys are compliant with standards and analytics requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the analytics lead to ensure tracking and reporting capabilities are correctly enabled (UTMs, scoring rules, campaign logic, etc.).
  • Support the creation and deployment of high-quality campaign content: whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, brochures.
  • Support country marketers and product teams with enablement and guidance on how to use and adapt global campaign assets and tools.
  • Ensure contact database segmentation, list hygiene, and alignment with privacy regulations Partner with Salesforce, IT, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between platforms.
  • Support the operationalization of new marketing automation features and platform improvements across regions.
  • Provide internal training or onboarding on Pardot and SFDC best practices, if needed.

Education / Experience Preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing automation and digital content delivery.
  • Experience working in a multi-country, matrix organization or global B2B company.
  • Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in multi-touch campaign orchestration, lead nurturing, scoring, and managing webinars and gated assets.
  • Experience collaborating with content producers, designers, and external agencies.

Skills & Competencies

  • High proficiency in Pardot, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong knowledge of ON24 or similar webinar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of lead funnel logic, B2B customer journeys, and lead scoring frameworks.
  • Skilled in designing and optimizing email flows, forms, landing pages, and nurturing tracks.
  • Comfortable working with HTML/CSS to troubleshoot or customize assets.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and regions, supporting both global and local needs.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to educate and enable others.
  • Desirable: Experience with Photoshop or basic design tools for minor visual adaptations.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.

  • Campaign readiness and execution quality (e.g. asset accuracy, flow logic).
  • Enablement of effective analytics through proper campaign structure and tagging.
  • Engagement and conversion metrics (form fills, downloads, registrations).
  • Support and adoption by regional/local marketing teams.
  • Efficiency and reuse of global assets across campaigns.
  • Content delivery timeliness and quality.
