This position will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the firm’s global marketing activities in support of the firm’s global marketing vision. This remote position can be based anywhere in the eastern time zone of the United States, but preferably in the Boston area.

This position will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the firm’s global marketing activities in support of the firm’s global marketing vision. This remote position can be based anywhere in the eastern time zone of the United States, but preferably in the Boston area.
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 based on experience Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with website content management, ensuring alignment with SRS’s premium brand positioning and global marketing vision.
- Create content & posting schedules for SRS’s social media presence, maintaining current and engaging content that reflects SRS’s leadership in the industry.
- Coordinate webinars and virtual events, including scheduling, speaker management, and post-event follow-up, in line with strategic priorities.
- Support conference and event planning: presentations, attendance, exhibit space, booth setup, and thematic alignment with SRS’s brand standards.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including drafting collateral (data sheets, flyers, etc.), engaging with our Subject Matter Experts (SME), and collaborating with our designers to ensure brand standards on final products.
- Support SRS-sponsored events, such as client symposiums and partner workshops, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Organize HubSpot, (the SRS CRM system) ensuring marketing efforts are tracked and providing data-driven results assisting the business development efforts of the company.
- Be an ambassador of the brand modeling consistency and upholding the SRS global brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and broader team to execute innovative marketing campaigns and omni-channel initiatives championed by SRS.
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience; experience in professional services or financial services preferred.
- Strong communication and project management skills for developing professional and trustworthy relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Click Up (our project management tool) and HubSpot (our CRM platform).
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, YouTube), and remote collaboration tools (Teams, etc.).
- Self-motivated, able to work effectively in a small, high-performing team.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
