Affiliate & Creator Manager – iGaming 🎮 🎲

TL;DR: We are looking for an iGaming-obsessed, affiliate-driving relationship builder to supercharge our growth. You’ll own our affiliate network in the casino and sports betting verticals, forging partnerships with top creators, streamers, and publishers who know how to convert fans into players.

About Us

We’re on a mission to build the most engaging, community-driven iGaming platform in the world. Backed by a team of industry veterans and passionate innovators, we’re combining casino, sports betting, and cutting-edge Web3 features into an experience that feels as fun to watch as it is to play.

We know the future of iGaming lives where players already hang out — Twitch, Kick, IG, TikTok, Discord, Telegram — and we’re looking for someone who can activate those communities, scale our affiliate program, and put us front and center in the streaming world.

What You’ll Do:

Affiliate Program Strategy & Growth

  • Build, manage, and scale our affiliate program with a focus on high-impact iGaming partners across Twitch, Kick, and content networks.

  • Design performance-driven campaigns that maximize sign-ups, FTDs (first-time deposits), and player retention.

iGaming Activation

  • Leverage your deep contacts in the streaming world to onboard and activate top creators.

  • Structure deals, rev-share agreements, and promo mechanics that keep affiliates incentivized and loyal.

Relationship Management

  • Be the day-to-day contact for affiliates — from streamers to network partners.

  • Manage reporting, negotiate contracts, monitor deliverables and ensure affiliates have the tools, assets, and support to succeed.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track KPIs including conversion, ROI, and lifetime value from affiliates.

  • Optimize funnels, referral incentives, and creative assets to maximize impact.

Collaboration & Campaigns

  • Partner with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure affiliates have exclusive promos, bonuses, and live-stream activations.

  • Align with social and community teams to amplify affiliate-led campaigns.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing in iGaming

  • Contacts: Established network in the Twitch and Kick iGaming communities. You know who’s moving players, not just views.

  • Deal Making Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-making instincts, comfortable with rev-share, CPA, and hybrid models.

  • Analytical: Ability to crunch data, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns.

  • Relationship-Driven: You thrive on building long-term partnerships that go beyond one-off deals.

  • Startup Energy: Self-starter, scrappy, and able to juggle multiple deals while keeping affiliates happy.

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with performance incentives

  • Equity options in a fast-growing platform

  • Flexible PTO

  • Remote-first, global team environment

  • Wellness and work-from-home allowances

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
