Marketing Associate
As a Marketing Associate at Renewed Vision, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, helping to ensure that our products and services reach the right audience with maximum impact. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about live production, with a strong understanding of HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and email templates.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing activities, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and handling other tasks.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Prepare regular marketing reports, analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or commensurate experience
- Experience creating copy for distribution from a business or organization
- 3 years proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of ProPresenter and/or Live Production
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Webflow or other content management systems (CMS).
- Experience coordinating marketing events and webinars.
- Familiarity with the use of analytics tools for reporting and optimization.
