Enterprise wide-area networking is primed for a new paradigm with the introduction of software
defined networking architecture to deliver agility, performance, services, and software
innovations. At Graphiant, we’re leading the charge in this revolution and we’re looking for a
motivated Marketing Associate to help amplify our story and support the growth of our brand.

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting Graphiant’s marketing
initiatives across digital campaigns, events, content, and partner activities. You’ll work closely
with the Chief Marketing Officer and cross-functional teams to help execute programs that
increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Chief Marketing Officer

The Team:
As part of the Graphiant marketing team, you’ll help shape how we communicate our vision,
products, and value to customers, partners, and the broader market. You’ll collaborate across
sales, product, and leadership teams while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup
environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and
event channels.
• Coordinate marketing activities including webinars, trade shows, customer events, and partner
programs.
• Support content creation efforts including blogs, presentations, social media posts, and
marketing collateral.
• Help manage and maintain marketing tools, databases, calendars, and campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and customer
engagement efforts.
• Track campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling, branding, and digital marketing.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, marketing tools, and basic analytics.
• Interest in enterprise technology, networking, cloud, or SaaS industries.

Experience:
•  3+ years marketing experience supporting marketing programs, campaigns, events, or communications activities through internships, academic projects, or professional roles.
• 3+ years of familiarity with social media, email marketing, content management systems, or marketing automation platforms.
• 3+ years of content & communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging written content
and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• 3+ years of project coordination experience organizing tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders or projects.
• Interest in enterprise networking, cloud technologies, or B2B, technology markets is highly desirable.
