- Case studies, written from a customer win or a testimonial call.
- The everyday copy: social captions, in-app pop-ups and banners, landing-page and email copy.
- Write, build, and send our newsletters and lifecycle emails (trial, onboarding, retention).
- Check every send before it goes: links work, personalization is right, it reads well on mobile, unsubscribe works.
- Schedule and post the finished content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, on time and consistently.
- Keep the content pipeline moving: track what's in progress, chase what's missing, make sure nothing slips.
- Review content from the creative team before it's published or sent: the copy is right, client names are spelled correctly, links work, and it sounds like us.
