Battle Creek Games is a remote, mobile gaming studio behind some of the most-played racing and hunting titles in the U.S., including No Limit 2, Offroad Outlaws, and American Marksman, reaching millions of players worldwide. If you’re excited about contributing to our titles, we’d love to hear from you.
About This RoleOur marketing team powers the growth of games played by millions, combining deep gameplay knowledge with smart, performance-driven creatives.
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Artist to help scale our creative output as we aggressively grow our media investment. This is a highly impactful role for someone who loves owning the full creative pipeline from gameplay capture through final polish and wants their work to influence UA performance directly.
You’ll be joining a small, senior team at a pivotal moment: we’re still defining the look, feel, and creative standards of our marketing across multiple titles. That means real creative ownership, fast iteration, and the chance to see your ideas tested, learned from, and scaled quickly.
If you’re energized by experimentation, data-informed decisions, and building scroll-stopping creatives that move core metrics, this role gives you the space and trust to do your best work.
What You’ll DoCreate high-volume, high-quality UA assets across short-form video, motion graphics, static ad variants, and store assets.
Own gameplay capture end-to-end, turning raw in-engine moments in Unity into compelling, performance-ready creatives.
Edit and assemble video ads from start to finish: gameplay capture → edit → motion graphics → sound design/SFX mixing → final polish.
Integrate audio, SFX, and music intentionally to enhance pacing, clarity, and emotional impact in video ads.
Help scale creative output by identifying evergreen concepts and streamlining or automating production where possible.
Design static ad variants, social assets, thumbnails, and store graphics as needed.
Rapidly iterate on creative concepts based on performance data, A/B testing results, and team feedback.
Collaborate closely with UA and Marketing on asset needs across paid channels, ASO, and social platforms.
Maintain organized project files, timelines, and proactive communication in a fast-moving environment.
3-5 years creating marketing assets for mobile games or entertainment brands.
Portfolio demonstrating strong skills in:
Video editing (Premiere, Resolve, or similar)
Motion graphics (After Effects)
Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Gameplay capture, ideally in Unity
Audio cleanup, basic SFX mixing, or integrating music/effects into ads
Understanding of mobile performance marketing and modern UA creative trends.
Ability to work independently, manage your workload, and iterate quickly.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
Experience with ASO creatives or social-first content (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
Light 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D) are a plus.
AI tools such as Stable Diffusion, comfyUI, Midjourney, etc.
Interest in automotive cinematography or photography.
Familiarity with filming or editing motorsports, vehicles, or dynamic outdoor footage.
Remote by Design: We’re a fully remote team with processes and tools intentionally built for effective, distributed collaboration.
Collaborative Culture: Enjoy a supportive environment where cross-team collaboration and rapid iteration are highly valued.
Impactful Contribution: Play a hands-on role in advancing our most popular titles.
Professional Growth: Expand your skills by working alongside experienced teammates hailing from EA, Small Giant Games, Rovio, and Pocket Gems.
Competitive Benefits & Pay: Compensation is at or above the 75th percentile for the gaming industry, most health plans are fully covered or low-cost, and we offer unlimited PTO to support long-term, sustainable careers.
If you’re excited about creating top-tier racing experiences for millions of players, and you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting, send us your resume, portfolio (if available), and a brief introduction to your background. Join us and help take our multiple titles to the next level!
