The Digital Analytics team is expanding its marketing analytics practice and is looking for a savvy marketing analytics professional to join the team.
Support the Digital Analytics teams and other end users by completing advanced projects, providing dashboards, ad hoc reporting and self-service tools when appropriate, and participating in the maintenance and improvement of internal customer databases.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA.

Recipe for Success - What's "in store" for the role• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve ROI via optimizations, test & learn strategies and measurement frameworks• Complete complex analytics projects for the banner Digital Analytics teams and other banner business partners -- this includes Data Science, Product, and Marketing• Provide business partners with insights and recommendations based upon analytics results• Participate in maintenance and improvement of customer databases by sharing data QC responsibilities and providing reporting and data feed support to the customer database vendor• Develop self-service analytical tools when appropriate• Educate ADUSA analytical communities and other end users about the self-service tools developed by Digital Analytics• The person in this position should be proficient in various analytical tools/methods/knowledge (Inc. Tools such as DCM, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery, Power Bi, etc.); Methods/Knowledge such as multi-touch attribution, test-control/experimental design, regression (Inc. multivariate), data modeling techniques, cluster and time series, etc.).
