Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a Market Data Admin to enable the growing operational demands of our data platform. You’ll work across contracts, exchange reporting, billing, audits, and internal coordination - making sure key processes run smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Contracts & Exchange Reporting
    • Manage contract routing, renewals, and storage
    • Maintain exchange reporting requirements and audit prep across global venues
    • Help maintain clean, timely documentation across legal and compliance workflows
  •  Finance & Billing
    • Review and reconcile invoices and purchase orders
    • Flag discrepancies and work with finance to keep spend tracking accurate
    • Assist with budgeting and vendor cost allocation
  •  Team Coordination & Workflow
    • Track internal requirements from multiple teams and manage intake
    • Help onboard new vendors and coordinate updates across stakeholders
    • Maintain systems and process docs to keep recurring workflows clean and scalable

Qualifications

  • Experience with market data operations in a hedge fund, bank, vendor, or exchange
  • Familiarity with tools like Bloomberg Service Portal, Workday, or TRG
  • Comfortable working across legal, finance, engineering, and data
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of a high-volume, fast-moving environment

The estimated base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $150,000 per year, based on job-related skills and experience. This role will also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
