STV is seeking a Market Analytics & Insights Manager to join our Corporate Support team. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and can be located within a commutable distance of any of our main office locations.

This is a critical role in supporting business growth by delivering accurate, actionable reporting and analysis across sales and marketing for executive leadership. This position supports the development of reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights that guide strategic decision‑making and ensure healthy pipeline performance.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Visualization

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards that support sales and marketing
  • Create standardized reporting packages and deliver ongoing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
  • Stay current on data visualization best practices and recommend enhancements to tools, dashboards, and reporting processes

Data Management & Analysis

  • Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from CRM and related business systems to assess pipeline activity, win rates, sales cycle trends, and client behavior
  • Perform sales performance analysis, including KPI tracking, variance analysis, pipeline health reporting, backlog assessments, and forecasting support
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying inconsistencies, correcting gaps, and recommending process improvements across CRM and reporting systems

Strategic Insights & Cross‑Functional Partnership

  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Partner closely with business development, operations, finance, and marketing teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely analysis
  • Support strategic planning through ad‑hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and client insights that inform leadership decisions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales reporting, business analytics, or financial analysis; AEC industry experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Deltek Vantagepoint, HubSpot)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and Power Query
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with the capacity to interpret and clearly communicate complex data
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating CRM and financial data into automated reporting workflows
  • Familiarity with AEC sales processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques or SQL is a plus

Compensation Range:

$114,544.55 - $152,726.06
