About the Role

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and media-savvy Financial Market Analyst to join our team. This role combines deep analytical expertise with strong communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality market insights, producing daily/weekly analytical content, and representing the company across financial media, interviews, podcasts, webinars, and industry events.

This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who lives and breathes the financial markets, can translate complex ideas into clear insights, and is comfortable being the public face of a global fintech brand.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis
  • Monitor global financial markets across FX, indices, commodities, equities and macroeconomic developments.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly market analysis reports, forecasts, and commentary.
  • Identify market trends, trading opportunities, and risk factors relevant to our clients.
  • Develop thematic deep-dives (e.g., macro outlooks, sector trends, crypto market structure analysis).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, PR) to ensure accuracy and alignment of all market-related communications.
Content Creation
  • Write high-quality market analysis articles, newsletters, and research briefs.
  • Produce short-form and long-form commentary suitable for social media, blogs, and client communications.
  • Prepare visual market insights – charts, infographics, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Support educational content (market explainers, trading insights, video scripts).
Media Representation
  • Act as the face of the company in financial media.
  • Provide expert commentary for TV interviews, radio, press quotes, podcasts, and webinars.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and panel discussions as a company representative.
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with PR & Communications to ensure consistent narratives.
  • Align insights with product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide internal briefings to leadership regarding market conditions and emerging risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Market Expertise
  • 3-7+ years of experience as a market analyst, strategist, economist, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of macro trends, global markets, technical analysis.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience using charting tools, economic calendars, and market data platforms.
Communication & Media Skills
  • Exceptional writing ability – clear, concise, engaging.
  • Strong on-camera presence, confident public speaking, and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Prior media experience is a strong advantage (interviews, quotes, commentary).
  • Ability to adapt tone and message depending on the channel (press, social, clients).
Personal Attributes
  • Comfortable taking initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Highly articulate, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious.
  • Resilient under fast-paced market conditions with tight deadlines.
  • Able to balance accuracy with speed of delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (CFA, CMT, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience with trading platforms or derivatives markets.
  • Familiarity with market fundamentals, on-chain data, and digital asset trends.
