Job Title: Market Access Intern
Location: Boston, MA
Job Description:
Galderma is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Access Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market access strategies, patient support programs, and health policy analysis within the pharmaceutical industry. The intern will work closely with various teams to support key projects and initiatives that drive market access and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Work with the Payer Account team, Field Access Directors, and Market Access Strategy team to provide operational support for key projects. This includes coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Value-based Agreement Exploration: Support the Value-based Agreement Exploration workstream by reviewing discussion guides, participating in workshops, and assisting in the development of value-based agreements. The intern will also help in analyzing data and preparing reports to support decision-making.

Insights Generation: Collaborate with the Market Access Strategy and Analytics team to explore insights generation, which may include analyzing payer-level trends, real-world outcomes, and market dynamics. The intern will contribute to the development of strategic recommendations based on these insights.
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Interest in healthcare policy, market access, patient services, and the pharmaceutical industry.

Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
