What You'll Do
Responsible for supporting activities that may include:
- Designing and being responsible for tooling used in the Heat Exchanger Brazing process.
- Creating Statements of Requirements (SORs) for new tools and equipment.
- Evaluating supplier qualifications and responses to SORs.
- Managing SORs and overseeing project management for tools, stations, or specific technologies.
- Defining manufacturing processes, including the sequence of operations and human factors considerations to ensure efficient material flow.
- Leading the design, construction, integration, installation, and continuous improvement of equipment and tools necessary for producing high-quality parts.
- Providing technical direction and oversight to outside vendor sources.
- Engaging in the development and testing of advanced process technology as needed.
Additional Description
Your Skills and Abilities (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor Degree in a technical or related field
- Experienced in 3-D design using SolidWorks
- High level of communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to work alone and/or in team environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical controls

Compensation- The expected base compensation for this role is: $76,100.00 - $121,600.00 USD Annual. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
