Trivelta powers sportsbook and casino platforms used by operators around the world. As we continue to scale our global offering, we’re looking for an Entry-Level Manual Software Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure our products are reliable, intuitive, and high-performing. This is an ideal starting point for someone interested in breaking into software quality assurance—no prior QA experience required.

You’ll test new features, identify issues, document bugs, and help improve the overall user experience across web and mobile applications. We’ll provide training, clear testing guidelines, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow into a strong QA professional.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Execute manual test cases across mobile and web sportsbook/casino products.
  • Perform exploratory testing to identify unexpected behavior, edge cases, or usability issues.
  • Test new game functionality, betting flows, account management features, and transaction workflows.
  • Validate bugs after fixes (regression testing) to ensure stable releases.
  • Identify and document defects clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected vs. actual results.
  • Track issues in Jira or similar tools.
  • Work with engineers to retest resolved defects and confirm fixes.
  • Verify that new features meet functional requirements before launch.
  • Participate in test-cycle planning and provide feedback on product readiness.
  • Help maintain test cases, checklists, and testing standards as the platform evolves.
  • Work with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand feature intent and acceptance criteria.
  • Communicate issues clearly and concisely to help teams resolve problems quickly.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in software quality assurance, gaming, sports betting, or mobile technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing steps.
  • Basic understanding of mobile and web functionality (you do NOT need prior QA experience).
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
