About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Organic Social Media to lead ButcherBox’s efforts across social platforms. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience leading managing social organic strategy in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and collaborating across teams and functions to bring brand to life across social channels. This role requires someone who can pair a creative vision with effective and clear project planning to effectively leverage ButcherBox’s social channels to drive acquisition, engagement and brand building.  


In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement across our digital channels. 

 

We are a customer-centric, world-class brand marketing team focused on building brand affinity, relevance, and memorable strategies and tactics to create long-term equity of the ButcherBox brand. 


Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the company's organic social media strategy to align with business goals

•Manage and oversee social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content

•Collaborate with both internal and external resources including marketing, customer service, and product development to build an ongoing calendar for engaging content 

•Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions

•Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

•Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's social media presence

•Manage content calendar and posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok, and YouTube 

•Stay on top of platform-specific trends and help to facilitate reactive content strategy 

•Find creative opportunities to interact with followers and help build our community on social platforms 

•Contribute to reporting via the tracking of member sentiment, member trends, and other organic social KPIs 

•Provide key insights to the creative team to advise on campaign strategy and organic social best practices 


Requirements

•Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a growing eCommerce company

•Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously

•Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content

•Experience with social media management tools and platforms
