The Role
Capco is looking for an experienced Managing Principal / Director to lead complex regulatory change initiatives, with a particular focus on trade and transaction reporting. As a strategic leader within our growing Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation and Finance (FRRF) team, you’ll support financial institutions as they navigate a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale transformation and help shape Capco’s regulatory change propositions.
What You’ll Do
Lead regulatory transformation programmes focused on transaction reporting (e.g. MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR, CFTC, HKMA, MAS)
Guide impact assessments, remediation, implementation support, and regtech enablement
Support operating model reviews and regulatory architecture design for cost optimisation
Develop regulatory propositions and lead business development with key accounts
Represent Capco as a trusted advisor with stakeholders across all business levels
What We’re Looking For
Expertise in capital markets with full front-to-back understanding (FO, MO, Risk, Ops, Tech)
Deep experience delivering regulatory change across global transaction reporting regimes
Knowledge of products such as OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, and Equities
Proven ability to design and deliver regulatory operating models and controls
Skilled at building lasting client partnerships and growing strategic accounts
Bonus Points For
Prior consulting experience or senior industry leadership in regulatory programmes
Ability to identify and articulate market and regulatory trends as commercial opportunities
Experience building consulting teams and developing market-facing propositions
Successful track record of converting pipelines and delivering client growth
Recognised thought leader with experience leading campaigns or published insights
