Key responsibilities:
- Lead strategic collaboration with Treasury Management Consultants to architect and deliver complex treasury solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Serve as the enterprise-wide subject matter expert on advanced treasury technologies including ERP Integration, API connectivity, Direct Transmissions, SWIFT ISO2022, Lockbox, Integrated Payables, Check Print, and Image Cash Letter solutions.
- Drive technical strategy in client engagements by delivering high-impact presentations and solutioning sessions that influence decision-making.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of client cash flow, operational workflows, and financial systems to design optimal, scalable treasury solutions.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with product management, implementation, and operations to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Influence product strategy by partnering with Product Management to evaluate vendors and shape the long-term roadmap.
- Champion the voice of the client, translating feedback into actionable insights for product innovation and enhancement.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and enablement sessions for clients and internal teams to drive adoption and understanding.
- Lead the development and review of proposals, pricing strategies, and sales documentation to support Treasury Management Consultants in closing complex deals.
- Act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring timely resolution of product-related challenges.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory shifts, providing thought leadership and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to revenue growth by shaping sales strategies and initiatives that expand the footprint of treasury management services.
- Mentor and onboard new Treasury Management Consultants, accelerating their technical proficiency and readiness to engage with clients.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Advanced degree – Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc. – preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in treasury or cash management are a plus
- Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in commercial banking, treasury management, or fintech, with a strong understanding of treasury products and services
- Skills: Proven ability to consult on and implement complex financial solutions, strong technical and analytical skills, and exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of treasury management systems, payment technologies, and cash management practices
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent desired

The estimated salary range for this position is $175,000.00 to $215,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
