G2 Capital Advisors (www.g2cap.com) is a multi-product and sector-focused investment bank and restructuring firm. G2 was formed on the premise that lower middle market advisory firms could do more to help clients navigate operational or financial challenges and the complexity of M&A or capital markets transactions. We are always searching for entrepreneurial, talented, driven, and intellectually curious team members to join our team in achieving success for our clients.

G2's Restructuring Advisory Team provides solutions for businesses troubled by unsustainable capital structures and/or challenging industry or operating conditions. • Develop and manage the financial restructuring plan execution by coordinating key initiatives with stakeholders including our client’s employees, board, investors, lenders, customers, and any other third parties
  • Manage the day-to-day requirements of restructuring-related engagements, including all aspects of the timeline, resource requirements, and deliverables; this includes identifying potential problems that can jeopardize deadlines, providing leadership to clients and G2 resources, and communicating clearly to the team and client

  • Collaborate with G2’s industry teams, capital markets team, and internal stakeholders to define the engagement scope and strategy (needs assessment matched with firm capabilities) and execution plan
