Connected Captive Solutions is a leading provider of innovative alternative risk solutions. We are dedicated to helping businesses succeed by offering tailored captive insurance programs.  

We are searching for a new Team member to join Connected Captive Solutions as Managing Director-Business Development Captive Insurance with a proven track record in successfully driving business development efforts across the US.

The position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business development channels through brokers, business associations, and other strategic partners to identify and engage potential clients seeking alternative risk solutions
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve aggressive growth targets and market expansion
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers across various industries
  • Identify and qualify leads to initially assess prospective clients’ viability  for a captive insurance solution
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure successful implementation of new programs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings
  • Partner with other Team members who focus on business development to drive coordination and accountability for our overall business development efforts
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build brand awareness; and prepare and present proposals to prospective clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business such as Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets in the captive industry space
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
