A strong candidate should demonstrate mastery of project scheduling and controls within the capital project lifecycle (planning through maintenance and operations), and have a proven record of success leading client engagements and project teams. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage complex scheduling efforts across diverse infrastructure projects. You should be capable of mentoring junior staff, passionate about infrastructure delivery, and committed to driving results.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: Five (5+)
  • Degree from an accredited University
  • Extensive experience developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar
  • Experience leading client relationships, project teams, and internal staff
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50% or more, depending on client needs and project location
  • The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described
  • Due to nature of client engagements, US Citizenship restrictions may apply

Specifically, this individual should have a proven successful record of having led one or more of the following areas:

  • Project scheduling and schedule analytics, including development, maintenance, and analysis of complex project schedules
  • Advanced schedule modeling and diagnostics, e.g. critical path method (CPM), float analysis, schedule compression, time-cost trade-offs, and change impact assessments
  • Construction project controls, e.g. schedule control, earned value, change management
  • Performance metrics and project reporting, including dashboard development and KPI tracking
  • Stakeholder engagement and coordination, e.g. facilitating alignment across owners, regulators, contractors, and community partners
  • Project technology and systems, e.g. deployment and use of scheduling tools, PMIS platforms, and delay quantification tools
  • Candidates should have experience working in infrastructure-intensive industries (e.g., nuclear facilities, power or water utilities, transportation infrastructure, data centers, mining, and other infrastructure). Candidates should have interest and aptitude for helping client agencies solve real-world business challenges.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master’s Degree (MBA, MS, MPP, MPA, etc.)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
