Position Summary
The Manager Value Based Analytics is responsible for the development of quarterly SAI's calculation and management processes in partnership with VBC Analytics and other support groups.

This Manager will work simultaneously across the Commercial VBC continuum, assisting the current team with quarterly duties managing an inventory of Commercial SAI's, as well as providing support for baseline scorecards and Medicare annual reconciliations. Providing consultative support to finance stakeholders and working alongside actuarial and Network team members to ensure the accurate reporting of SAI's on a quarterly cadence. The Manager will be responsible for additional ad hoc analyses to address impactful drivers, as well as executing frequent deep dives into utilization and cost analytics as well as ensuring appropriate management of VBC deal inventory.

The Manager will assist the Ld. Director by working alongside the VBC Analytics team as well as other key finance and Network groups to further expand on the current SAI process. They will operate with a continuous improvement mindset looking for opportunities to improve process inefficiencies, simplify data visibility, and champion quality assurance processes. 
Required Qualifications
•    3 + years of experience in Healthcare Finance, Actuarial, or MEU.
•    5+ years Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
•    Experience communicating effectively across many levels within the organization, including Executive Directors (DMMs) and VPs (VPMM).
•    Experience influencing decisions by creating a strong case for action, using analytical findings based on a strong financial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
•    Advanced knowledge of Excel.
•    Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or related applications.
•    Knowledge of VBC.
•    Advanced analytical Skills.
•    Self-starter with ability to work with team members or independently on multiple projects with little supervision
•    Strong Organizational and Time Management skills.
•    Team Building Skills: ability to partner across departments to drive decisions.
Education
Bachelors degree required in business, technical or related field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
