Position Summary
The Manager of Vaccine Clinic Growth Strategy & Business Development will lead initiatives designed to accelerate growth of the CVS Health Vaccine Clinic Program through strategic planning, client acquisition, retention programs, enterprise partnerships, and innovative growth opportunities. This role will identify and evaluate new market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert capable of presenting the vaccine clinic program to prospective clients, industry partners, and enterprise leaders.

The position requires a highly strategic individual who can translate insights into action, influence cross-functional teams, and develop programs that increase clinic participation, co-administration rates, client retention, and overall vaccine volume.


Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy Development
  • Lead development and execution of long-term vaccine clinic growth strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to increase vaccine volume through client retention, new client acquisition, clinic participation growth, and recovery of former clients.
  • Build business cases and growth plans for emerging market opportunities.
  • Evaluate new industry segments, community partnerships, employer markets, education sectors, and enterprise relationships.
  • Develop and maintain growth roadmaps aligned to program objectives and annual volume targets.

Client Acquisition and Business Development
  • Conduct client discovery discussions, needs assessments, and proposal presentations.
  • Present vaccine clinic capabilities and value propositions to prospective clients and enterprise partners.
  • Develop customized solutions that align vaccine clinic offerings with client objectives.
  • Partner with enterprise teams including to generate new clinic opportunities.
  • Support future CRM, sales enablement, and lead management capabilities.
Growth Programs & Marketing Activation
  • Partner with B2B Marketing to design and evaluate campaigns that support clinic growth.
  • Develop upsell strategies that increase vaccination rates.
  • Support retention and renewal strategies that increase client lifetime value.
  • Drive implementation of year-round client engagement and "always on" clinic strategies.
Analytics & Performance Management
  • Monitor growth performance across acquisition, retention, participation, and vaccine volume metrics.
  • Analyze growth tactic effectiveness and conversion performance.
  • Evaluate attribution models and identify the highest-performing growth channels.
  • Present growth insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure business impact.

Required Qualifications
Business Development

  • Experience developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated success driving new business opportunities and client growth.
  • Consultative selling and relationship management experience.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
Strategic Thinking
  • Ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Analytics

    • Comfortable leveraging data to drive strategy.
    • Ability to interpret business performance metrics.
    • Experience developing KPIs and measuring program effectiveness.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
