The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Base Salary Range
$129,500-$207,000 USD

What you'll do:
- Lead the outbound transportation routing strategy, execution, and monitoring for the entire Chewy network
- Lead a team of analysts and program manager. Assist in setting appropriate prioritization for team in alignment with broader organizational goals; delegates work effectively in alignment with priorities.
- Develop strategies for how to optimize the OB transportation network for both transcost and speed to customer, given warehouse and carrier constraints.
- Partner with tech and operations teams to improve our ability to implement changes, monitor performance, and fix issues to our transportation routing network.
- Collaborate with Finance to create OB transportation budget plans and adherence
- Support our procurement team on transportation carrier sourcing initiatives
What you'll need:
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent
- 6-8+ years of Supply Chain/Transportation experience
- Extensive knowledge of transportation, supply chain, and warehouse operations
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional partners, influence decisions, and recommend a course of action based on data analytics
- Ability to drive process improvement by implementing checks and balances and identifying process steps that can be automated
- Detail oriented and possess superior organizational, self-motivation and problem-solving skills
- Tenacity pursuing issues and strong sense of urgency to correct/improve
- Ability to think strategically, big picture, and connect the dots, both short and long term
- Solid understanding of data analysis including advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Previous managerial responsibility of a team is a plus
- Startup experience is a plus
