As manager of the TA team & recruiting, you’ll play a dual role as a hands-on recruiter and a strategic team leader. You will guide and mentor a team of recruiters, set goals, refine processes, and drive operational excellence across all hiring efforts. While you will still be responsible for sourcing and hiring top-tier talent (primarily AEs and SDRs), your broader focus will be on leading the team to success—through training, coaching, collaboration, and performance oversight. You’ll also enjoy bonus-earning potential, determined by both your personal success and your team’s achievements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the hiring managers.

  • Source and generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of roles within our organization using our ATS program. A majority being AE and SDR roles.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters; provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across the recruiting team.

  • Coordinate regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and keep the team aligned with business goals.

  • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements.

  • Perform thorough pre-screen interviews to analyze applicants’ abilities using various methods.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the interview process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment-related spreadsheets and databases.

  • Generate regular reports and KPI metrics to track recruitment progress and performance.

  • Maintain documentation related to the recruitment process, including candidate records and interview notes.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • SAAS Experience.

  • Experience recruiting AEs and SDRs.

  • Proven experience in developing talent pipelines and sourcing candidates.

  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.

  • Experience with ATS preferably LinkedIn Recruiter experience, sourcing, and Recruitment Tools.

  • Natural leadership skills with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

  • Ability to lead by example, think critically, solve problems, and create a motivating team environment.

  • Skilled in handling and managing a team of qualified recruiters.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same time.

  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
