The Position
Responsible for leading process, reporting and compliance related activities for US Talent Acquisition. Responsible for oversight of master data and data integrity related to US Talent Acquisition. Ensures utilized solutions are compliant with regulatory requirement and advises on the same. Ensures Talent Acquisition functions in a manner that is operationally efficient, compliant with relevant government regulations and has a strong customer orientation that achieves effective recruitment outcomes consistent with organizational strategies.
Relationships
Reports to the Head of US Talent Acquisition. Partners closely with Global, Regional and Local Leaders. Interacts with other HR colleagues, global colleagues, legal and compliance, employees and hiring managers at all levels of the business. External relationships include vendors, consulting firms and HR associations.

This is a hybrid role, requiring up to 3 days per week onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.
Qualifications
The base compensation range for this position is $116,810 to $216,100 Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
Novo Nordisk offers long-term incentive compensation and or company vehicles depending on the position's level or other company factors.

Essential Functions
- Develop, deliver and continually improve data representation and delivery applications (including data quality) in support of US Talent Acquisition
- Evaluates processes within Talent Acquisition and consults to provide recommendations in accordance with federal, state and local requirements
- Monitors survey data and identifies opportunities for improvement for the US
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the laws and policies that affect the Human Resources & Talent Acquisition processes, programs and/or strategies. Monitor changes in laws and policies and provide and implement recommendations for improving Talent Acquisition processes so they are aligned with legal and regulatory guidelines. Ensure that the integrity of US regulations and laws are upheld under globalized process changes
- Manages the overall US compliance to ensure alignment with country rules and regulations for Talent Acquisition
- Generates reports, data insights and trends for US Talent Acquisition
- Partners with other Centers of Excellence on matters that impact or affect Talent Acquisition
- Partners with Talent Acquisition Delivery Teams to ensure actions and processes are well documented and compliant with requirements
- Oversees and manages requests for information, audits and/or retention requirements
- Owns and advises on TA related policies
- Represents US Talent Acquisition on projects related to processes, mergers and acquisitions
- Provides oversight and direction on processes supported in US Talent Acquisition
- Ensures assessments used for selection process are compliant with requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred
- Eight (8) years overall Human Resources experience required with 4 of those years in prior experience in a similar role including a track record of success in operational processes and compliance, reporting and metrics
- Demonstrates the ability to manage and execute multiple and complex projects
- Ability to drive performance across a complex, global organization in consultation with various departments
- Solid understanding of global TA operations procedures, guidelines and legal requirements as they apply to compliance in employment practices and applicant tracking
- Ability to draw insights from multiple datasets and present data in a meaningful way
- Prior experience with data extraction from Talent Acquisition systems and tools required
