As we scale, we’re hiring a Manager of Strategy and Operations to lead high-impact projects that drive efficiency, growth, and alignment across teams.
What You’ll Do
Own strategic projects across go-to-market, product, and internal operations
Partner with leadership to evaluate priorities and allocate resources
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Build models, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance
Lead cross-functional initiatives to support company goals
Contribute to strategic planning and business reviews
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or similar roles
Strong analytical and project management skills
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive clarity
Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
Strong business acumen and comfort with data
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
Experience with SQL, Excel modeling, or BI dashboards
Prior experience working with product or revenue teams
