We eliminate paper credit applications, automate trade references, and deliver better data from banks and bureaus — all in one platform. As we scale, we’re hiring a Manager of Strategy and Operations to lead high-impact projects that drive efficiency, growth, and alignment across teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own strategic projects across go-to-market, product, and internal operations

  • Partner with leadership to evaluate priorities and allocate resources

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

  • Build models, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to support company goals

  • Contribute to strategic planning and business reviews

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or similar roles

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive clarity

  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager

  • Strong business acumen and comfort with data

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech

  • Experience with SQL, Excel modeling, or BI dashboards

  • Prior experience working with product or revenue teams
