Summary of Role:
The Senior Analyst of Strategic Finance and Market Intelligence will be responsible for implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to execute a data-driven pricing framework.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal controls over the pricing activities to ensure compliance.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic pricing initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders and ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in pricing, and continuously innovate and improve pricing processes and methodologies.

- Business acumen: Understanding of the market, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the market and adjust pricing strategies as needed.
- Experience with pricing software and tools: Familiarity with pricing software and tools can help streamline the pricing process and improve accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, sales operations or a related field
- Skills – Communications/Presentations leveraging Microsoft office products, knowledge of statistics, other data analytics
- Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a semiconductor company (foundry, fabless, packaging or design house)
- Development experience in Power BI or comparable BI tool
Expected Salary Range
$83,100.00 - $147,800.00
