  • Support both international partnerships and U.S. strategic partners by ensuring timely execution of agreements and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams to align contracts with business goals.

  • Develop scalable processes for contract management, documentation, and tracking across multiple markets.

  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor partnership performance and contract efficiency.

  • Proven experience negotiating and managing international contracts.

  • Background in telemedicine or digital health is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines across geographies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operational teams.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
