Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate evaluations and analysis of opportunities and approve special pricing when appropriate
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, such as Decision Support, Engineering, Product and Sales Operations in person and digitally within an office environment
- Serve as an SME on the competitive pressures of each marketplace
- Perform pricing and market analysis and coordinate pricing for the organization's products and services to optimize profit
- Develop a communication plan for stakeholders and process participants to ensure a consistent work product
- Analyze industry dynamics, market forces and competitors' pricing activities to evaluate implications for Spectrum Business
- Support the development and communication of Special Pricing strategies for new services, features and competitive threats
- Lead, develop, train and coach a high-performing team of analysts
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of telecommunications industry experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prioritization, organizational, office management and English communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of management experience
- Understanding of Salesforce
