Job Description

We're growing fast and we're on the lookout for a passionate, people-first leader to join our Solution Engineering team in North America. 

What's the role? 

As the Manager of Solution Engineering, you'll lead a high-performing, field-based team of Solution Engineers who help our customers solve real-world problems with creativity and technical savvy. You'll coach, inspire, and empower your team to deliver value with every conversation, demo, and solution they build. 

You won't just manage from a dashboard - you'll roll up your sleeves, work side-by-side with your team, and build scalable strategies that shape the future of our go-to-market approach. This is your chance to influence product direction, collaborate with top-tier Sales and Product leaders, and help scale a team that's as ambitious as you are. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of Solution Engineers, fostering a culture of growth, trust, and excellence. 
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top talent to scale with our growing business. 
  • Build go-to-market strategies, new business and expansion playbooks, and drive cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Partner closely with Sales to analyze pipeline health, win rates, and customer feedback - then take action. 
  • Champion customer needs internally, working with Product Managers to influence the roadmap and elevate the voice of the customer.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level leaders at customer organizations.             

    Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tues - Thurs) from our Boston, MA office.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years leading pre-sales or Solution Engineering teams - ideally in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or a closely related space
  • 7-10 years overall industry experience in enterprise SaaS or related domains
  • A natural leader who motivates by example 
  • Deep experience engaging with senior IT leaders and CIOs, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
  • A strong grasp of storytelling in technical demos and solution selling that focuses on value, not just features
  • A tech-savvy collaborator who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Experience building and scaling repeatable pre-sales processes and frameworks

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $146,900 to $211,140 USD + variable target

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
