Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs, dynamics and market insights to drive initiatives that resonate well to business growth
- Collaborate with People & Culture functional teams to facilitate key People & Culture processes and
communication to respective business team - eg compensation process, performance process, Talent review, etc.
- Provide insight and suggestions to People & Culture functional teams for continuous improvement
- Work with managers / Leaders to build high performing team and foster positive organization culture by contributing to areas of People development, leadership development, internal communication, organizational design and employee engagement
- Partner with global business partners to share and adopt best practices
- Serve as a coach and consultant to managers and employees
- Ensure legal compliance of People & Culture practices and managing employee relation issues
- Ability to analyse data into insights that provide and aid decision making. Create own dashboard as required
- Agile to pick up People & Culture projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in behavioural science (OD, HR Management, and Psychology) or MBA with appropriate experience preferred
- About 8+ years of experience in a generalist HR role out of which at least five years into Business Partner role and managing employee issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan, design and implement employee initiatives for employee engagement
- Strong collaboration skills to work with leaders and get their buy-in on various employee initiatives
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and planning skill
- Ability to influence and work together with cross-cultural and diverse individuals and teams
- Mature, passion for dealing with people and a great team player
- Experience of working through ambiguity and complexity to provide simple, expedient and practical solutions
