2. Collaborate with the Senior Segment Marketing Manager to align strategies with broader marketing and organizational goals.
3. Build a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends across assigned segments.
4. Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and digital content tailored to each segment.
5. Support the design and execution of targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
6. Partner with Growth, Innovation and Solution Lifecycle, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and positioning.
7. Work with Growth Enablement to support training and tools that enhance segment-specific selling and positioning.
8. Monitor campaign performance and segment engagement, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
9. Contribute to reporting on segment marketing performance and share findings with senior leadership.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.

The salary range for this position is $100k-125K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
