By joining our team as the Sales Strategy and Execution Manager, you will work across a number of key areas including but not limited to Sales Operations, Contracting, Reporting, Strategy, Pricing, and Process Improvement. You will have the opportunity to partner across the entire Sales organization as well as with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Product. You will be instrumental in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the tools and insights needed to succeed in the dynamic life sciences market.

What You’ll Be Working On:
  • Sales Operations: Daily execution of the end-to-end quote-to-contract lifecycle.  Activities include quoting (CPQ), contract drafting, contracting process management, and sales data hygiene. Assist in the contract signature process and perform QA on closed-won deals to ensure data alignment between contracts and systems of record.
  • Sales Reporting: Develop reports and processes to ensure that go-to-market, billing, and sales performance data is accurate and up-to-date. Advise Sales leadership on how to leverage this information to make data-driven improvements. Create and manage reports in Salesforce and slide presentations. Key reporting responsibilities include: Managing the weekly sales pipeline report; Supporting monthly and quarterly data closeout for results and commissions reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Lead projects to design and implement new or improved processes and systems, collaborating with systems admins and cross functional teams.
  • Key Account Support: Ad hoc projects supporting key accounts in collaboration with account executives and customer success teams.
What You Bring to OneStudyTeam:
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Experience drafting and/or reviewing software and services contracts
  • Strong process orientation and excellent communications skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in a company utilizing recurring revenue business models
  • Experience working in healthcare or other heavily regulated environment
  • Exceptionally fast learner
  • Ability to solve complex business problems and build scalable processes
  • High proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, Excel, Google Suite, and Contract management systems
