WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This position will be based in the Boston HQ, reporting to the Director of Global Product Integrity. As a member of the Product Integrity leadership team, you will work with colleagues that oversee PI processes in Footwear, Product Development, and Partner Manufacturing Operations. You will lead cross-functional partnerships with business stakeholders – Product, Geography Supply Chain and Commercial teams – and functional experts in Technology, Finance, Legal, and Communications teams. In addition, you will work with external parties like our manufacturing partners, quality repair suppliers and technology vendors.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Converse Product Integrity (CPI) team is looking for a Manager, Product Integrity Operations. This role is central to our quality management system and focused on Information & Performance Management, Process & Policy Governance and Product Issue Resolution. As such we are seeking a talent with strong experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Systems Implementation and Operational Excellence to join our Global Product Integrity Team!

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or combination of education, experience and training
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement and new systems implementation
  • Experience working with Global Teams
  • Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong Leadership, with prior experience managing a team in a result-oriented role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance and related metrics

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The mission of the Product Integrity team is to Deliver World-Class, End-to-End Quality Management, with focus across the strategic pillars of Prevention, Identification, Resolution and cultivating a Culture of Quality. You will own activities in the Resolution area and support broader management in Prevention, Identification and Culture of Quality. Your contributions will be aimed toward clear, streamlined procedures, resource effectiveness and continuous improvement.

  • Oversees the entire Resolution Process globally
  • Works and communicates as needed with GEO’s and Global Partners
  • Supervises the results, coordination, logistics and execution of two team members located in Singapore office and Shanghai office
  • Collaborates in activities with the Distribution Centers such as audit requests, decision making, and maintain the inbound audit operations across the DC’s in conjunction with the team members
  • Will lead and partner with Converse team members and Nike partners in the implementation of one tool, one system to support Converse Product Integrity Operations throughout our Quality Management System
  • Responsible for the analysis of different KPI’s, their review, revision and standardization
  • Creates processes inside our QMS (Quality Management System) in the areas related to Resolution and Marketplace Feedback to improve transparency, accuracy, efficiency, feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Creates flow charts, SOP’s, RACI charts for the Resolution area, including but not limited to: procedures at the Distribution Centers, how we work with third party quality service providers, all resolution aspects for different geographies, finance implications and procedures
