  • Optimize LMS platforms and virtual meeting tools for scalable virtual and in-person training; ensure intuitive access, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Create, centralize, and maintain educational content ecosystem with clinical accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
  • Leverage KOLs and centers of excellence to design clinically relevant content supporting product utilization and improved outcomes.
  • Use metrics, feedback, and LMS data to proactively identify gaps and opportunities for content utilization, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Manage professional education communications, including newsletters and stakeholder updates.
  • Establish standards, best practices, and budget oversight to ensure compliant, on-time, cost-effective content delivery.
  • Remain updated on the latest society meeting data and develop related training content to broaden the impact of new learning materials.
  • Maintain clinical and product expertise related to company products and procedures, including current literature, key clinical papers, and industry trends.

Speaker Bureau Programs

  • Oversee the end-to-end management and execution of speaker bureau programming (in-person or virtual) including content preparation, rehearsals, logistics, program evaluation, metrics, program enhancements, invoicing, and cost efficiencies.
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class HCP training strategy to onboard new Heart Recovery faculty and elevate/inform existing HCP faculty of new company policies, speaker content, etc.
  • Act as the primary liaison with healthcare professionals (HCPs) participating in speaker and faculty programs, managing relationships and program agreements.
  • Ensure all speaker bureau programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and internal compliance standards.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and training to internal stakeholders to elevate content quality and data literacy.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, optimize resource allocation, and partner with commercial leaders to ensure fiscal discipline and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or related field; Advanced Clinical Degree Preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical education, or related roles within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong project management skills; must be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent training & education skills, with the ability to create educational materials that clearly communicate product and therapy information to an array of healthcare professional audiences.
