About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and technical leader to strengthen our DV360 expertise and integrate it seamlessly into our broader media practice. As we continue to expand our programmatic capabilities, this role brings clarity and structure to how DV360 fits within our overall platform ecosystem, particularly for categories and verticals with nuanced advertising policies.

You’ll shape how DV360 is packaged, positioned, and delivered while enabling sales and client teams to confidently incorporate it into multi-platform, client-specific recommendations.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop offering strategy: Design tiered DV360 service packages that align with client needs and our broader solutions architecture
  • Platform guidance framework: Create a DV360-specific ad policy and category framework that brings clarity to how DV360 can be applied for regulated or nuanced categories as part of multi-platform client solutions
  • Product positioning: Create clear value propositions that articulate our DV360 capabilities and how they integrate into omnichannel and programmatic offerings
  • Sales enablement: Build playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, and training materials that help sales and account teams confidently incorporate DV360 into client recommendations
  • Technical implementation: Establish standards for ad tag implementation, reporting infrastructure, and measurement frameworks that align with existing reporting and analytics ecosystems
  • Packaging and pricing: Define how DV360 services are packaged—standalone, bundled, or embedded within omnichannel solutions—in alignment with broader media and technology strategies
  • Technical guidance: Establish best practices and integration strategies with complementary platforms (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, etc.)
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, client services, product, and technical teams to ensure DV360 capabilities are consistently applied across client engagements
  • Thought leadership: Stay current on DV360 updates, programmatic trends, and policy changes, translating insights into practical guidance for internal teams
  • Client consultation: Partner with account teams on strategic opportunities, scoping, and RFP responses to support thoughtful, multi-platform client solutions

Success Looks Like

  • Clear decision framework established: team knows exactly when to recommend DV360 vs. other DSP platforms
  • Comprehensive ad policy comparison document and restricted category playbook delivered within 60 days
  • Clear, differentiated DV360 service packages launched within 90 days
  • Standardized ad tags implementation and reporting templates in place
  • Sales team confidently pitching and closing DV360 opportunities, especially for restricted categories
  • Standardized implementation approach that improves delivery efficiency across platforms
  • Internal expertise elevated across client-facing teams
  • Client satisfaction and retention on DV360 engagements

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience with DV360 including platform strategy (campaign management would be a bonus)
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, audience strategies, and measurement frameworks
  • Knowledge of ad platform policies and restrictions, particularly around sensitive or regulated categories
  • Experience with other DSP platforms and cross-platform strategy development
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, service offerings, or product positioning
  • Strong communication skills—you can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Track record of enablement: training teams, creating documentation, building repeatable processes
  • Experience with ad tags, trafficking, and cross-platform reporting
  • Google Marketing Platform certifications (DV360, Campaign Manager) preferred

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
