Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $114,400.00 - $157,300.00
Preferred Primary Location: NY office

- Create compelling product messaging, storylines, and market-facing content (sales collateral, case studies, thought leadership) that differentiates Flatiron from competitors and enables the sales and customer success teams to deepen relationships with strategic accounts
- Drive research for market and customer insights that capture the voice of the customer and inform strategies across marketing, product, growth, and retention
- Develop and maintain a client-facing version of the Point of Care product roadmap (presented to customers 2x/year)
- Partner cross-functionally to explore the feasibility of new ideas and identify opportunities to enhance and further differentiate existing offerings
- Drive commercial success by executing marketing tactics - including conferences/events, web presence, and digital demand generation - in close collaboration with the broader marketing organization and cross-functional teams
- Develop content and provide on-the-ground support for sales, customer success, and members of the Leadership Team at industry events and conferences

- You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
- You have a passion for developing subject matter expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to execute with minimal direction
- You have experience developing product positioning and compelling sales collateral and marketing materials
- You have a nose for value and can effectively prioritize competing opportunities, adjusting based on market conditions and feedback from the field
- You have experience in B2B healthcare product marketing or healthcare consulting
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and have demonstrated initiative in formulating solutions in challenging situations
