What You’ll Do

  • Generate behavioral insights to inform product decisions – Analyze user interactions to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with Product teams to ensure insights are actionable and impactful.
  • Enable self-service insights – Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations in tools like Tableau, empowering stakeholders to explore key metrics independently.
  • Define key metrics and segmentation strategies – Develop a framework for understanding user behaviors, segmenting customers based on engagement and preferences to drive personalization and growth.
  • Improve marketplace observability through data creation – Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data collection, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality tracking of marketplace behaviors.
  • Ask the right questions – Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively identify learning opportunities, guiding product development with data-driven recommendations.

Core Competencies

  • +7 years of experience in a data analytics, insights, or product analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar).
  • Experience working with product teams to drive data-informed decisions.
  • High autonomy in collaborating with stakeholders and translating data into business insights.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
