The Manager partners with a peer Technical Leader (jointly accountable for solution design, build decisions, and delivery of business outcomes) to achieve results. The Manager focuses on product quality, reliability, user experience, and the right features to meet the needs of targeted markets.

The Manager is responsible for ideation, definition, prioritization, and delivery across the product area, and directs the team's direct customer discovery and research work in alignment with the Strategy.

  • Identify areas of product opportunity within the assigned area, develop, and evaluate ideas.  Leverage expertise to prioritize requirements that drive product excellence outcomes — quality, reliability, user experience, and the right features.
  • Make product and roadmap decisions to drive Product Excellence in the assigned product area, jointly with the peer Technical Leader.
  • Serve as product subject matter expert within the company and in the industry in terms of product capabilities, competition, user need, and industry standards.
  • Manage those involved in the design, modification, and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products.
  • Manage product lifecycle planning including, product vision, product roadmaps, KPI dashboards, etc.
  • Ensure customer and user satisfaction by leveraging the principles of User-Centric Design and by maintaining direct customer discovery and research access for the team.
  • Track key product quality metrics and lead quality improvement efforts with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Leader, Standards, Implementation, and Integration teams to facilitate new customer onboarding and maximize product utilization.
  • Collaborate with peers in development and operations teams to ensure the effective delivery of the product roadmap.
  • Operate as “two in a box” with a peer Technical Leader (jointly accountable for build decisions and business outcomes)
  • Champion AI-forward and AI-assisted product management practices across the team, in alignment with the Product & Technology operating model.
  • Lead and develop Product Analysts who own product-health insight — the usage, quality, and performance analytics that inform Roadmap decisions and provide early warning on customer experience.
Qualifications:
