Job DescriptionThis role is based in our Newton, MA office
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, & operationally savvy Process Operations Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized while working on a variety of different projects & managing team members within a fast-paced environment. This person will report to the Director of Process Operations and will manage team members across the organization to help with various product marketing & operational support as required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide guidance including creating process documentation, answer questions, etc to team members who will serve as project management support for a variety of brand campaigns & projects
- Manage the day to day of team members monitoring work load & assigning projects and accounts
- Manage a team of individuals who will perform operational needs with a focus on ensuring brand campaign setup & fulfillment requirements are met. This includes daily tasks like; branner setup across various systems, campaign updates campaign performance monitoring, forecasting, & optimizations, etc.
- Work closely with various internal teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve brand campaign issues & identify recommendations for process improvements
- Create & maintain best practices and create documentation and checklists to share across the team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT
- 3-5 years experience managing brand campaigns, people & workload monitoring
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities with great efficiency
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with any of the following platforms; Google Ad Manager (a necessary requirement for the position), AdDaptive, Xandr, Airtory, Zendesk, etc.
