The Opportunity:

In collaboration with Payor Performance leaders, Manager Payor Performance ensures success of Ensemble Health Partners and Provider Partners. Payor Performance goals are to enhance the AR function and compliment Client Managed Care departments through our collective experiences with payors in all markets while also reducing payor/provider frictions. This includes advocacy efforts, establishing controls around payor engagement, contract negotiation and language support, out of network operations and patient communications, dispute resolution, payor demand letters and focused AR settlement projects.

Essential Job Functions

  • Attend and present in provider partner facing meetings with executive leadership levels present.

  • Assist in note taking, document meeting discussions and deliverables

  • Assist and coordinate follow-ups from meetings and work in collaboration as the point of contact among EHP departments/colleges to ensure all items are delivered accurately and timely.

  • Maintain and schedule client specific rounding documents for EHP leadership.

  • Partner with EHP Contract Management Teams and Provider Partners where needed to build out a master contract matrix with key dates and links to key contract documents. 

  • Develop and maintain a rolodex of all key payor contacts in all markets inclusive of job title or function.

  • Own and maintain a standardized presentations for Provider Partners and Payor facing presentations

  • Interface with all EHP colleagues to capture all issues as they arise.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to ensure Revenue Cycle operations are managed efficiently and effectively

  • Ensures that best practice Revenue Cycle processes are communicated and implemented where necessary. Makes suggestions for process improvements

  • Assist with client and EHP leadership reporting needs and analysis

This position pays between $69,400 - $104,100 based on relevant years of experience.
