The Job
As the Manager of Partner Accounts, you will lead and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers (Residential and Commercial) and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional partner experience across Omnidian’s nationwide network.
You will report to the Manager, Service Partner Network and work closely with cross-functional teams including Field Service Managers Managers, Procurement, and others. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution, requiring strong Salesforce reporting skills, a deep understanding of both residential and commercial solar, and the ability to build scalable partner engagement strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Residential and Commercial PAMs and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist.
- Establish consistent partner engagement strategies to strengthen network performance and satisfaction.
- Monitor partner health metrics, SLAs, and performance trends to drive accountability.
- Provide clear operational direction and support for scaling both residential and commercial programs.
- Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports to track team performance and partner KPIs.
- Use data insights to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Partner with Procurement and Director of Field Operations to ensure invoicing accuracy and timely issue resolution.
- Define workflows and reporting cadences to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance partner lifecycle management.
- Provide leadership input on partner capacity planning, strategic sourcing, and coverage expansion.
- Represent PAM initiatives in leadership meetings, aligning team goals with company objectives.
- Support organizational readiness for scaling operations and evolving partner programs.

Who You Are
- A strong people leader who inspires and develops high-performing teams.
- Skilled in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation to drive operational visibility.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Experienced in both residential and commercial solar markets.
- A clear communicator and effective collaborator across departments.
Experience You’ll Need
- 4+ years in partner management, account management, or operations roles.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proven Salesforce reporting and dashboard-building skills (required).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience That’s a Plus
- Experience in service network or vendor management at scale.
- Previous experience in a startup or hyper-growth environment.
- Deep knowledge of residential and commercial solar operations.
