Who We're Looking For

As a member of the Media Team at Marketbridge, the Manager, Paid Social will contribute to:

  • Paid social campaign strategy, with a focus on B2B and account-based marketing

  • Media planning, budget management, and pacing

  • Hands-on paid social campaign build, execution, and daily optimization

  • Reporting, data visualization, and translating performance into recommendations clients can act on

  • Client success (in an individual contributor capacity)

Our team contributes to Marketbridge by providing strategic guidance to our clients and internal team members about the best way to approach a client challenge or objective from a paid social lens. We also are heavily involved in Marketbridge business development throughout the sales process when pitching/scoping prospective clients.

You must be:

Nimble: Be able to get up to speed on a project quickly and always deliver on time.

Collaborative: Marketing problem solving takes working with other departments to get the right information and execute in the right way.

Curious: Consistently learning and seeking innovation. Specifically we are looking for someone who is curious about how AI can improve social media strategy - using sound judgment to ensure outputs remain accurate, brand-appropriate, and strategically grounded.

Surprising: Always bringing ideas to the table that clients wouldn't have thought of.

Proactive: Ask questions, wonder "what if," and challenge the expected.

Passionate: We care about the work we do, but also who we're doing it for. We constantly optimize to ensure we are delivering results.

Detail Driven: Details aren't small. They make or break the entire project. We hold ourselves to the highest standards.

A Team Player: We pride ourselves on being fun to work with so that people look forward to working with us—both outside and inside the agency.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Paid Social in the agency, you'll be responsible for helping the Media Team successfully deliver their contributions to client projects. This is a hands-on-keyboard role: you will personally build, launch, and optimize the campaigns you strategize.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Building and launching paid social campaigns directly in-platform — audience setup, targeting, budget structure, creative trafficking, and pre-launch QA

  • Managing daily and weekly optimizations: bid and budget adjustments, audience and placement refinement, creative rotation, and underperformer pausing

  • Monitoring pacing against flighted budgets and flagging over/under-delivery early, with a clear recommendation attached

  • Developing and executing paid social strategies for clients, including account-based programs targeting defined account lists and buying committees

  • Owning the reporting narrative — analyzing performance weekly and/or monthly and communicating optimization recommendations directly to clients, not through an intermediary

  • Partnering with the analytics team to ensure accurate conversion tracking, pixel/tag implementation, and UTM governance across platforms

  • Proactively bringing new ideas and test plans to clients

  • Prioritizing projects so that all deadlines are met*

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on paid social experience (2+ specifically in B2B) with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Reddit experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience personally managing campaign execution and in-platform optimization — this role does not hand off to a separate activation team

  • B2B marketing experience required, with account-based marketing expertise: building and activating target account lists, matched/company-list audiences, buying-committee targeting, and multi-touch program design

  • Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar) and how they connect to paid social activation

  • Experience managing budget pacing across multi-flight, multi-platform campaigns

  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking implementation (LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel/CAPI) and how tracking gaps affect reporting

  • Well-versed in data storytelling

  • Comfortable in a client-facing role, including presenting performance and defending optimization recommendations directly to clients

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI-enabled tools

Our Culture

Marketbridge supports Fortune 50 companies and global brands in redefining how they go to market.

How we work together matters just as much as the work itself. Our values shape how we operate day to day. Be Kind means treating teammates with respect and showing up for one another. Be Open reflects how we collaborate, share perspectives, and give clear, honest feedback. Be Real speaks to a culture of authenticity, where people can speak up and be themselves. Be Brave pushes us to challenge assumptions, think critically, and pursue ideas that lead to real results.

You’ll join a collaborative team focused on solving real problems for complex clients. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work closely with supportive leaders, and continue developing through meaningful client work and ongoing learning. We value accountability, curiosity, and ownership, and we trust people to take initiative and follow through.

Here, you’ll do meaningful work, alongside smart people, with room to grow as the business grows.

Benefits & Perks

At Marketbridge, we support our team with benefits that prioritize well-being, flexibility, and growth. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • 🏖️ Time Off & Flexibility – Flexible PTO, summer Fridays, and paid parental leave (up to 16 weeks for birthing parents). Plus, we’re closed from Christmas to New Year’s so you can fully unplug.

  • 💙 Health & Wellness – Comprehensive medical benefits and free premium access to the Calm app for relaxation and mindfulness.

  • 💰 Financial Security – 401(k) with a 3% company contribution* (US Only), life insurance, long-term disability, and AD&D coverage for extra peace of mind.

  • 📚 Learning & Growth – A professional development fund ($500) and continuous learning programs to invest in your career.

  • 💻 Tech & Perks – Company-provided laptop & accessories, monthly Wi-Fi & cell stipend, and exclusive discounts through Perkopolis.

We aim to offer competitive and equitable compensation based on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, and market benchmarks. The anticipated salary range for this role is $69,000 to $86,000.

Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s qualifications, and additional flexibility may be considered for candidates whose experience and expertise significantly exceed the role’s core requirements.
Note: This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in Canada or the US without visa sponsorship. Marketbridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
