Position:Manager, Outbound Demand GenerationPosition Summary:We’re looking for a high-performing player-coach to lead our outbound lead generation team. This role is ideal for someone who’s still in the work—making calls, handling objections, and driving pipeline—but ready to step into leadership. You’ll coach with context, lead with credibility, and build a culture of discipline, competition, and camaraderie.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesTeam leadership & coaching
Lead daily standups and objection handling sessions
Provide live call coaching and feedback loops to sharpen performance
Enforce CRM hygiene across Salesforce and Salesloft
Align closely with RSDs and GM pods to support territory strategy
Foster a high-performance culture rooted in discipline, competition, and team spirit
Conduct 1:1s focused on activity, meetings held, funnel movement, and Core Values
Inbound lead management
Ensure immediate follow-up on inbound leads (forms, MQLs)
Qualify leads before routing to Account Executives (AEs) or RSDs
Collaborate with Marketing to support campaign-based lead flow
Reporting & alignment
Operate within Sales to ensure strategic alignment and career development
Partner with Marketing for shared visibility into campaigns and lead flow
Support the 100 Persona strategy through territory-based conversion
Drive daily pulse checks, joint targeting, and downstream accountability
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
Proven success as a top-performing SDR or SDR Manager in a high-growth environment
Strong coaching skills with a hands-on approach to team development
Deep familiarity with outbound tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo)
Ability to lead by example—comfortable making calls, handling objections, and closing gaps
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Passion for building culture and driving performance through people

Pay Transparency:Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
