Position Summary

The Manager, Omnichannel Data Strategy, Insights & Reporting will lead analytics and measurement work that informs digital product, customer experience, and clinical intervention strategies as we continue to improve digital experiences and pursue digital capability commercialization efforts. This individual contributor will partner with business stakeholders, digital product, strategy, digital analytics, and data engineering partners to translate complex questions into clear analytical approaches, scalable reporting solutions, and actionable recommendations.

The role combines hands-on analytics with end-to-end workstream leadership: Some areas where this manager may contribute include; opportunity sizing, KPI and measurement design, journey and funnel analysis, data enablement, value identification and tracking, and executive storytelling across digital, outreach, and pharmacy workflow experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to influence decisions in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics and measurement strategies for digital capabilities, interventions, pilots, and customer experience enhancements
  • Translate business questions into analytical plans, success metrics, data requirements, and decision-ready deliverables - including opportunity sizing, segmentation, journey/funnel analysis, and post-launch measurement
  • Collaborate with our partner technology and Data Engineering teams on data pipeline continuity and upstream change management, working to reduce data integrity defects as underlying platforms evolve
  • Source and evaluate new external data assets, partnering with commercialization/solutions teams to define targeting and measurement use cases
  • Integrate digital engagement, outreach, and pharmacy workflow, operational, and outcome data to develop a more complete view of customer behavior and future-state data capabilities
  • Evaluate data quality, reconcile differences across sources, establish reusable documentation, code, data definitions, and measurement standards, and communicate analytical limitations clearly
  • Identify, quantify, and communicate value at both the individual project and portfolio level, informing investment, prioritization, and roadmap decisions
  • Build and maintain revenue tracking and forecasting capabilities, providing bottoms-up inputs to risk/opportunity and P&L reporting
  • Provide analytical quality review, share technical and business knowledge, and help strengthen team practices without direct people-management responsibility
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring analysis and reporting through modern analytics, AI-enabled tools, and self-service solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, business intelligence, healthcare technology, product analytics, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading complex analytical work from a business question through a clear recommendation
  • Advanced SQL proficiency working with large, complex datasets across cloud or enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Teradata, Databricks, Foundry, or comparable)
  • Experience defining KPIs, measurement plans, and analytical frameworks for products, programs, or customer journeys
  • Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to assess data quality, reconcile conflicting sources, and distinguish correlation from attributable impact
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including experience presenting technical findings to nontechnical and senior audiences (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency assumed)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in analytics, data science, business, public health, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, retail pharmacy, or consumer health
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or another enterprise visualization platform
  • Experience with experimentation, pilot measurement, and A/B testing methodology

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
