Job Title: Manager, DTC Merchandising - HOKA
Reports to: Sr. Manager, DTC Merchandising NA– HOKA

Location: US (Remote)

The Role

The Manager, NA DTC Merchandising - HOKA is responsible for supporting the sales, receipt, margin, and style-color count targets seasonally, accounting for brand strategies, sales history, and trends for HOKA’s DTC channels. This role involves working closely with planning counterparts, developing and executing merchandise strategies, and ensuring the US market delivers innovative products with flawless execution. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align product strategies and assortments, measure performance, and adjust plans as necessary.

Your Impact

  • Support the sales, receipt, margin, and style-color count targets seasonally.
  • Develop and execute the merchandise strategy for HOKA’s DTC channels.
  • Work with the Senior Manager of NA DTC Merchandising on future product needs via the Commercial Input process.
  • Collaborate with Wholesale Merchandising category team to provide a cohesive marketplace perspective.
  • Work closely with DTC Planning to measure actuals against plans and adjust as necessary.
  • Develop and execute presentations during key milestone meetings.
  • Partner with Planning, E-commerce, Retail, and Marketing teams to ensure pre-season forecasts reflect product initiatives and brand strategy.
  • Support growth initiatives across category, price architecture, and gender classification.
  • Execute the DTC specific GTM calendar, ensuring key deliverables are met seasonally.
  • Travel to key local markets to establish relationships with Retail field teams and stay in touch with trends and consumers.
  • Drive a deep understanding of the existing DTC customer and new consumers.
  • Exemplify the highest standards for collaboration and teamwork within HOKA and across Deckers.
  • Willing and able to travel 10-15% annually.

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years of Merchandising, Buying, or related experience in a Footwear & Apparel brand.
  • DTC-specific Merchandising and Planning experience in retail and e-commerce.
  • Lifestyle experience preferred.
  • Cross-functional experience with the ability to build a collaborative, supportive operating environment.
  • Proficient in Excel data analytics and retail math.
  • Strong planning, inventory management, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to draw insights from data and present effectively to a variety of audiences.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and confident with decision making.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to build processes and best practices.
  • Able to build relationships through effective collaboration.

$120,000 - $130,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
