We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below, based on factors including geographic location.
Tempe: $57,500- $86,500 ($104,500 - $156,500 OTE range)

- Monitor team performance, track progress against targets, and take proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Serve as a supplemental, and sometimes key, point of contact for high-profile clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
- Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between account managers and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED
- 6-8 years of relevant work Sales process experience, 3 years of management/leadership experience is required
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Native-level fluency in English is required. Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
