- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior planners and media planners.
- Oversee the development of strategic, data-driven media plans aligned to client goals, inventory strategy, and pricing/yield principles.
- Partner closely with Sales, Yield, and other internal and external teams to deliver cohesive and competitive proposals.
- Lead the team through ongoing transformation in inventory, products, systems, and planning methodologies.
- Drive consistency and efficiency across planning workflows, tools, and outputs.
- Collaborate to develop best practices across Planning teams.
- Partner with senior leadership to define priorities, track outcomes, and drive results.
- Set expectations for accountability, prioritization, and quality of work across a fast-paced planning environment.
